SHE Inspires Society: Women Supporting Women Club

Purpose: to create a safe and empowering space where girls can support one another, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and make a positive impact both within our school and in the broader community.

Goals:

• host empowerment meetings focused on topics such as self-confidence, leadership, goal setting, and career readiness, and we hope to invite guest speakers such as local women leaders and professionals.
• establish a mentorship program pairing upperclassmen with underclassmen to provide academic support and guidance. In addition, we would organize community service projects such as donation drives for women’s shelters, fundraisers for organizations supporting women, and awareness events during Women’s History Month.
• elected officers, meet regularly, and follow a structured yearly plan to ensure organization and long-term impact.
• foster a positive culture where girls uplift one another while also giving back to women in our community.
